This field is found in the Owner, Property, Tenant and Vendor profiles.
Check this field if the person or company will be getting a 1099. If this box is checked, the Taxpayer ID field must be filled in.
For an owner or property, the 1099 reports on rental income.
For a tenant it reports on interest income.
For a vendor it reports on payments to the vendor.
