Rental Information

Market Rent

This protected field is calculated from information entered in the Rent and Per Square Foot fields. It is an information field containing the amount of rent you would like to receive for the unit.

Square Footage

Enter the square footage used to calculate the market rent. This can be used for commercial charges if you have that module.

Sq. Ft. Percentage

This protected field is calculated from information in the Building profile. If there is no building profile, no information will be in here.  The Building profile provides a field to enter the square footage for an entire building.  The Sq. Ft. Percentage field in the unit profile will then be the percent the unit is of the total building, or the unit Sq. Ft. divided by the building Sq. Ft.

CAM Percentage (Commercial)

This field contains the CAM percentage for this unit. If the CAM percentage has been set up in the Unit Type Profile this is a protected field. This is for use with the Commercial charges if you have that module.
