Rent Charge

This field contains the Charge ID that will be used on the rent charge transaction. This code is defined in the Setup, Charges function. You can type in the code or use the Find List to select it.

Amount

This is a numeric field for the amount of the actual rent. The amount entered here will fill in the Amount field under the Rent Summary information.

Per Square Foot

Put an X in this check box if the rent amount is calculated based on the Square Footage entered in the Unit Profile. The calculated amount will be entered in the Amount field under the Rent Summary information.

Memo

Freeform field for a memo that is appended to the rent charge.
