The lease establishes the basis for charging rent and late fees. It is part of the tenant profile. A Current tenant is automatically charged rent when the Next Scheduled date (Tenant Profile) falls prior to the Scheduled Thru date (Scheduled Charges) and the tenant Status is not Expired.
There can be more than one tenant and lease active for a unit.
