Speed Buttons
This field can be found in the Owner and Property profiles.
It is an Address Group Box for the name and address where the owner’s distribution should be sent if it is not sent to the permanent address. In many cases the distribution check is mailed directly to a bank. That name and address would go here. The memo field could then contain the bank account number or whatever other reference you want to have printed on the check.
If the funds are going to be electronically transferred (ACH), it is not necessary to fill in this field.
