Clicking the New button will save the information and display a blank profile so you can enter another.
This is useful when you are entering a number of new profiles. The alternative is to save and then go to the Find List to use the New button.
Prior to saving, the profile fields are checked to assure that they meet the editing criteria. If the profile doesn’t pass the edit test, you will get a Warning window notifying you of the situation. When you click OK in that window, the pointer will be positioned in the incomplete field.
