Help is available within the application, at our website, via email, and via telephone.

Application Help
Field Level
Pressing the <F1> key will display help on the field the cursor is in if field level help is available.
Screen Level
Clicking the <Help> in the lower left of any screen will display help about the form or bring up the table of contents and index screen.
Topic Search/Index
Typing into the field will highlight topics matching your entry. These topics are added to on a regular basis.
Within a help topic there may be one or more jumps, which you can click to display a new Help topic. Dark green, underlined text indicates a jump to another topic. Use the Back command at the top of the Help screen to return to the original Help topic. Green text underlined with a dotted line indicates a pop-up topic or definition - it will appear in a window on top of the topic you are viewing. Using Help, Contents you can work your way down from a generic function to a detailed description.
Website Help
The Links pull-down from the Main Speedbar can take you to an index of How To documents available in PDF format that give step-by-step instructions on how to perform both common and complex problems.
Email Help
Using the Links pull-down from the Main Speedbar you can email a support request to the PROMAS Help Desk. If you are not under a support agreement there will be a charge for this support.
Telephone
Support personnel are available from 9:00am EST until 7:30pm EST (4:30pm PST) on workdays. The toll free number is 800-397-1499. Calls are returned in the order received. If you are not under a support agreement there will be a charge for this support.
