Speed Buttons
The distribution schedule applies to checks written to owners or properties and can be found in the Owner and Property profiles.
Schedule
The schedule for distribution checks to the owner can be set at almost anything from daily to never. Click on the arrow to the right to see a Find List of the choices. This is optional and is a way to limit when an owner distribution check is written.
Next Scheduled
Use this date field to enter the date you want the next distribtuion check to go out. If a date in the future is chosen, no check will be issued until that date. When a check is issued, the date will be changed to the next scheduled distribution based on the schedule.
Ignore Scheduling
If this box is checked, scheduling is ignored when when doing distribution checks and a check will be written whenever there is enough money in the owner’s ledger.
Note that if you skip a scheduled check and you have a Maximum or Minimum distribution amount entered in the Owner Profile, that amount will be multiplied by the number of missed checks when the next scheduled distribution is done.
