This function lets you view the related profiles - owner, unit and tenant - and the current status of rent, balance, unpaid balance, deposits, lease expiration, etc. The information is presented from the viewpoint of the reference (owner, tenant, unit, property) chosen.
The balance information from the owner’s (property’s) standpoint is listed as the Ledger line item. The units belonging to that owner are listed as Unit line items and the tenants associated with the unit highlighted display as the Tenant line items.
From this screen you can jump to editing the ledger (owner, property) profile, the unit profile and the tenant profile. By using the Reference Use this Find List to choose the owner, tenant, unit or property you want information about. Owner is the default but you can choose another or clear it before selecting the reference from the Find List. Status taken from the status in the pertinent profile. Description The ledger has the owner and property information for the selected reference. Balance The Available Cash for the ledger. Actual Rent Ledger - The sum of all the rents for that owner’s leased units. Tenant/Unit - The rent for that tenant or unit. Market Rent Ledger - The sum of all the market rent amounts belonging to that ledger. Tenant/Unit - The market rent in the profile. Unpaid Charges The total of the unpaid charges for the ledger, tenant or unit. Open Credits The total of the open credits for the ledger, tenant or unit. Deposits The total of the deposits for the ledger, tenant or unit. Repair Limit The repair limit for the ledger, tenant or unit. Lease Expires The lease expiration date for the tenant. Edit Ledger This button takes you to the profile of the highlighted line item (owner or property). Edit Unit This button takes you to the profile of the unit highlighted. Edit Tenant This button takes you to the profile of the highlighted tenant. |
