This field is found in the owner, tenant, vendor and manager profiles. It dictates what happens to a report when you go to Internet Publishing and Publish.

 

Owner, Tenant, Vendor, Manager - There are 7 choices for this field.

Options in each profile are:

Default* - owners and tenants - Send to Portal. Vendors - Send to Portal and copy to email; managers - send to email.

Send to Email

Do not publish

Send to email - copy to manager

Send to Portal

Send to Portal - copy to email

Suspend

 

*The default can be changed in Setup, Database Settings, Publishing tab. Selecting the method there will make all who are set to Default in their profile use the selected method. For example, owner default is Send to Portal. If Send to Email is chosen in Setup, then all owners who are set to default in their profile will do Send to Email.

Publish Until

When an owner/tenant status is changed to Inactive, the owner/tenant is deleted from the PROMAS Central account if the Auto Purge checkbox ix marked in PROMAS Central, Configuration, System Options. Use this date field to override the deletion date. Making an owner inactive on January 31, 2011 and setting the Publish Until date to April 30, 2011 will allow the owner to view his online account documents until May 1, 2011.

No Paper Statements

Marking this checkbox will prevent a paper copy from being printed when the checkbox "Exclude Owner marked No Not Publish to paper" is marked on the owner statement screen.

No Internet Statements

Marking this checkbox causes this owner to be skipped when publishing owner statements in PROMAS Central.
