Search Keep Find List Active – when marked all Find Lists will open with the checkbox marked. When saving/closing a profile the Find List will be displayed.
Refresh Method - Refreshing pertains to updating the screen after a change is made (transaction posted). The default is to ask before refreshing. Other options are to always refresh and never refresh.
Event Reminders - the checkboxes control what is included when viewing Profiles, Event Reminders. To exclude, mark the checkbox. Lease expiration dates, move out dates and move in dates can be excluded.
