This module includes functions that are primarily related to tenant and unit activities. These include posting charges for rents, recurring charges, late fees and management fees; receiving payments from tenants and owners; tenant charges and pro-rated rent; move outs and security deposit refunds; transferring and adjusting open credits; tenant history; and receipt history.
The tenant history lets you review any tenant’s ledger while the receipt history shows every receipt and what it was used to pay off. Within the history functions there are powerful filtering and editing capabilities.
The scheduled receivables (rent, recurring charges, late fees and management fees) compiles a list of transactions that can be reviewed and edited prior to posting. This minimizes the number of postings that need to be corrected after the fact.
There is an option to bypass the tenant charging process. Refer to RPM Style Tenant Receipt.
