The phone numbers block contains some or all of the following fields. The phone numbers can be listed in whatever format you wish. There is room enough to record the number and a short ID for additional identification (for example the work number line could include the receptionist’s name). Up to nine phone numbers can be recorded.
Contact - the name of the person
Day - the work phone number
Night - the home phone number
Cell - the dell phone number
Fax - the fax phone number
Alt Cell – an alternate cell phone number
Other - any other phone numbers which might be useful (4 available)
