Notice

The Notice field contains the name of the notice profile identifying the late notice letters that will be used for this tenant. The Notice profile is defined in Setup, Notices using letters that are defined in the Mailings, Edit Letters function. Select the Notice profile from the Find List. Late notice letters cannot be printed unless there is a profile selected in this field.

Note: You can set up numerous late letters to match your tenant clientel.
