The first line of the name defaults from the Record ID Long Description field - everything after the first comma is placed at the beginning of the field, the comma is replaced with a space, and followed by the characters prior to the comma.
The Record ID Long Description field can be entered as Last Name, First Name Middle Initial or First Name Middle Initial Last Name. The resulting Name field of the address block will be the same in either case.
Example: If the Long Description is Lesser,Bruce the Name field would default to Bruce Lesser. If the Long Description is Martin,Betty and Jerry the Name field would default to Betty and Jerry Martin. If the Long Description is Mark Evans the Name field would default to Mark Evans.
