Management Fee

This field determines the management fee and late fee arrangements which have been set up in the Management Fee Profile. Select from the Find List. Information from the management fee profile selected will fill in the information in the Fee Summary section of the screen. If a Management Fee Profile has not been created with the fee structure you need for this unit, click on the folder button and a blank Management Fee Profile screen will come up. Complete the profile and save it.
