This function, found under AP, Destroyed Checks, lets you enter check numbers for destroyed checks. These will then print on your bank activity and check register reports.
Enter the posting date of the check(s), the bank account, and the starting and ending check numbers. The number of checks will be calculated and displayed in the Number of Checks field. This field is protected.
When you are satisfied with the information entered, click Post.
