Alerts for work orders, receipts, invoices and moveouts can be set in owner, property, unit, tenant and vendor profiles using the Categories function.
Common uses are for Home Warranty and Preferred Vendors for work orders and Payment Notes for receipts.
Profile Alert
There is a field on the Owner and Tenant Profile called Profile Alert. Any information entered here will display when that profile is opened.
Invoice Alert
The invoice alert displays when you post the invoice or the single check.
