Additional Management Fee %
The percent entered here will be added to the management fee structure as selected in the Unit Profile and defined in the Management Fee Profile. The combination of the fees will be used to calculate the actual fee charged. This additional fee field is used when the unit fee varies based upon circumstances like the length of the lease term.
