The Working Directory points to the place the program looks for the company license information. This is the folder a level above the Data folder. In the standard setup, it would be the RPROMAS folder. Beneath RPROMAS would be the Data folder and the LL12_License folder. Beneath the Data folder is the LL12_Database folder which contains your data files.
The Working Directory is set on the Logon screen by clicking on the path above the database name. When you get an error message about the working directory it is usually because it is no longer pointing to the server, or it has been changed to point to the Data folder.
